Nintendo Direct Showcases Exciting Games for Switch and Switch 2
This week brings many video game announcements. After Sony’s State of Play, Summer Game Fest, and Xbox Games Showcase, Nintendo now takes the spotlight. The company will host a Nintendo Direct broadcast on June 9. It will reveal upcoming titles for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.

Nintendo will stream the Direct on its YouTube channel. The broadcast starts at 7:00 AM PT, which is 7:30 PM IST. Viewers can also watch it on the Nintendo Today app.
Right after the Direct, Nintendo Treehouse: Live begins. Development teams will show hands-on gameplay from the featured titles. This segment runs for about 95 minutes.

The Nintendo Direct lasts roughly 50 minutes. It focuses heavily on Switch 2 games. The new console still needs a stronger game library since its launch in June 2025.
