Vivo X300 Ultra and X300s Set for Launch in China
Vivo showcased the X300 Ultra at Mobile World Congress 2026 earlier this month. The company teased the flagship phone with a special filmmaking kit. It also highlighted a telephoto converter lens. However, Vivo kept key details secret. Specifications, launch date, and pricing remained undisclosed during the event.
Now, Vivo has confirmed the launch timeline. The Vivo X300 Ultra will debut in China at the end of March. The company will also introduce the Vivo X300s on the same day.
Vivo announced the news on Weibo. Both devices will launch on March 30 at 7 pm local time. This equals 4:30 pm IST. The company revealed the design of the X300 Ultra in the post. It includes at least one green color option.
The X300 Ultra features a triple rear camera setup. The cameras sit inside a circular module. Zeiss branding appears on the camera island. This confirms Zeiss tuning for the camera system. The power button and volume controls sit on the right side. The rear panel shows a dual-tone finish. Vivo branding appears in the bottom-left corner. The phone also has a flat metal frame.
Separately, tech blogger Anvin spotted the Vivo X300s on Geekbench. The listing reveals strong performance details. The device comes with 16GB of RAM. It runs Android 16. An octa-core chipset powers the phone. Reports claim it uses the flagship 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. The GPU is likely the Mali G1 Ultra MC12.
The chipset includes one prime core. This core reaches a peak speed of 4.21GHz. Three performance cores clock at 3.50GHz. Four efficiency cores hit up to 2.70GHz. In Geekbench tests, the X300s scored 3,310 points in single-core performance. It achieved 10,141 points in multi-core performance.
