Google Announces Android 16 QPR1 Beta 3 Update
Google announced the release of Android 16 QPR1 Beta 3 to developers and beta testers. The update is being rolled out as an over-the-air (OTA) for Pixel phones.
Android 16 QPR1 Beta 3 Update Changes
The new Android 16 QPR1 Beta 3 update fixes several issues, including:
- Missing status bar icons
- Notification display issues
- Non-functional camera
- Launcher not completely displaying
- Phone rebooting unexpectedly due to RTOS task list corruption
- Taskbar disappearance on Pixel Fold
- Media player issues, including progress bar disappearance and non-functional controls
The update also includes the July 2025 Android security patch.
