PlayStation Plus Adds Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered, and Monster Train 2 in November
PlayStation Plus will add three new titles to its monthly games lineup next month. Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered, and Monster Train 2 will become available on Tuesday, November 3. Members can claim the games and add them to their library by November 30. They can continue playing the titles as long as they maintain an active Essential, Extra, or Deluxe/Premium subscription.
The October lineup, which includes F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896, and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2, remains available until November 2. After that date, the new November games take their place.
Dead Island 2 Returns as a Monthly Title
Dead Island 2 joins the Essential monthly games selection. The survival horror game previously appeared in the PS Plus Game Catalogue in 2024. Dambuster Studios developed the title, which places players in a zombie-infested Los Angeles. Players must escape the city alongside a group of stranded Hollywood celebrities.
The game features smaller open hub areas across the city. Players can explore these zones freely, complete quests, visit famous LA landmarks, and help eccentric survivors. They also gain access to a range of melee weapons and firearms to fight the undead. The game will be available on both PS4 and PS5.
Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered Arrives After Earlier Collection
Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered follows the earlier Tomb Raider I-III Remastered collection that joined PS Plus in April. Aspyr developed and published this new remastered set. It includes three classic entries: Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider: Chronicles, and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness.
The collection updates both visuals and gameplay. Players can switch between the remastered graphics and the original look of the games. The titles will be available on PS4 and PS5 for PS Plus members.
Monster Train 2 Offers Roguelike Deckbuilding
Monster Train 2 is a roguelike deckbuilder. Players control clans of former angels and demons as they battle powerful Titans who have taken control of Heaven. The story unfolds through card battles that take place on a train travelling through Heaven, Hell, and the Abyss.
Players choose from different clans and card types, each with unique abilities. They build and customise their decks according to their preferred playstyle. Monster Train 2 will be available on PS5.
Overall, the November lineup gives PS Plus members a mix of survival horror, classic remastered action-adventure, and strategic deckbuilding. Members should claim the games before the November 30 deadline to keep them in their library.
