Vivo S2 FE Launches in India with a 10,000mAh Battery from Rs. 38,999
Vivo launched the S2 FE in India on Tuesday as its latest mid-range 5G smartphone. The phone arrives with a 10,000mAh battery and 44W wired fast charging. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e 5G chipset and offers up to 8GB of RAM. Buyers can choose from three colours.
The Vivo S2 FE price starts at Rs. 38,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB + 128GB model costs Rs. 42,999. Colour options include Stellar Green, Titan Black, and Zen White. Sales begin on October 20 through Flipkart, Amazon, the Vivo India website, and other retail channels.
As an introductory offer, shoppers can claim 10 percent instant cashback or a 10 percent exchange bonus. They also receive 100GB of Google One storage at no extra cost. In addition, buyers can get up to 40 percent off on V-Shield screen-damage protection.
The dual-SIM handset runs OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. Its 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED Q10+ display has a resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 449ppi pixel density. Vivo rates the panel for up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness in high-brightness mode.
An octa-core 6nm Dimensity 7300e chipset powers the phone. It pairs with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The rear camera unit combines a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 main sensor with a 2-megapixel bokeh camera. A 32-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Vivo rates the S2 FE IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance. A 3,800 sq mm vapour chamber manages heat. Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, OTG, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. Sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and gyroscope.
The 10,000mAh battery supports 44W wired charging. Vivo claims up to 68 hours of calling time and up to 30 hours of TikTok playback on a single charge. The phone measures 163.9 x 76.5 x 8.69mm and weighs about 225g.
