OnePlus launched a 16GB RAM variant of the 13s in India, priced at Rs 68,999.

OnePlus Adds 16GB RAM Variant of 13s in India at Rs 68,999

OnePlus launched the 13s in India in June 2025. It was the third phone in the OnePlus 13 family. Buyers first got two memory options, with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The company has now added a third configuration. That model pairs 16GB of RAM with 512GB of storage.

The new variant is priced at Rs 68,999. Selected bank cards can cut that by up to Rs 2,000. HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra, IDFC First, and IndusInd credit cards are part of the offer. The older 12GB + 256GB model stays at Rs 54,999. The 12GB + 512GB model stays at Rs 59,999.

Amazon and the OnePlus online store are selling the new unit now. Colour choices for the 13s include Black Velvet, Green Silk, and Pink Satin. Some listings may not stock every colour in the 16GB configuration.

Hardware otherwise matches the earlier 13s. A Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset drives the phone, the same family silicon used in the OnePlus 13. Connectivity covers dual SIM, 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NavIC, NFC, and USB Type-C.

The screen is a 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO ProXDR AMOLED panel. Resolution is 1,216 × 2,640 pixels. Refresh rate reaches 120Hz. Peak brightness is rated up to 1,600 nits. The display also supports 2,160Hz PWM dimming and Aqua Touch 2.0.

Memory on the new SKU is 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The camera setup stays dual at the back. A 50-megapixel f/1.8 main camera uses a Sony LYT-700 sensor and optical image stabilisation. A 50-megapixel f/2.0 telephoto lens adds 2x optical zoom and electronic stabilisation. Selfies and video calls use a 32-megapixel f/2.0 front camera.

Battery capacity is 5,850mAh. Wired charging is rated at 80W. Security uses an in-display optical fingerprint scanner. The body measures 150.8 × 71.7 × 8.2 mm and weighs about 185 grams.

The extra RAM does not change the compact design. It does give OnePlus a higher-memory option months after the original launch, without a new phone name.
