Honor 600 Series Set for Global Launch Later This Month
Honor is ready to launch its new Honor 600 series globally. The lineup includes the Honor 600 Pro and the standard Honor 600. The company will officially unveil both smartphones on April 23 at 10 am CET (1:30 pm IST).
Honor has already listed the two phones on its global online store. This early listing confirms the key specifications and features of both devices.
Powerful Chipsets and Big Batteries
The Honor 600 Pro comes with Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. In contrast, the standard Honor 600 uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor.
Both models feature a large 7,000mAh battery. They support 80W fast wired charging and 27W reverse wired charging. However, only the Honor 600 Pro offers 50W wireless charging support.
The phones are slim and sturdy. Both measure 7.8mm in thickness. The Pro model weighs 200 grams, while the standard model weighs 190 grams. They come with elegant metal frames and a matte finish. The displays have very thin 0.98mm bezels, giving them a modern look.
Strong Durability and Camera Setup
Honor equips the 600 series with excellent protection. Both phones carry IP68 + IP69 + IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
For photography, the Honor 600 Pro stands out with a triple rear camera system. It includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 112-degree field of view.
The standard Honor 600 features a dual rear camera setup. It uses the same 200-megapixel main camera and 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, but skips the telephoto lens. Both models have a 50-megapixel front camera for sharp selfies and video calls. They also include colour temperature sensors on the back for better colour accuracy.
Colour Options and Availability
Buyers can choose from three attractive colours: Black, Golden White, and Orange. Both smartphones will be available in these colourways through Honor’s online store.
