Realme GT Neo 3 has been launched in India and it features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1,000Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ and DC dimming support. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G SoC, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of inbuilt UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone features a dedicated display processor to improve picture smoothness and is claimed to lower power consumption, and features a stainless steel vapour cooling technology for heat dissipation. It runs on Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on top.

Sensors on board include an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer, hall sensor, magnetic sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
