Oppo Find X5 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch E4 AMOLED display by Samsung with LTPO 2.0 technology and 10bit colour depth. It is expected to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
Camera specification includes a triple rear camera unit with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 ultrawide lens, and a 13-megapixel Samsung S5K3M5 telephoto sensor that support 2x optical zoom and OIS.
Oppo Find X5 may feature a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 front-facing camera sensor.
Battery specification includes a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC wired charging as well as 50W AirVOOC wireless charging. Additionally, the smartphone is said to have dual speakers, a fingerprint sensor, and support for NFC.
