Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw Launches RailOne Superapp
The Ministry of Railways has introduced the RailOne app, a one-stop platform for all railway services. The app was launched on Tuesday and is available for download on Android and iOS devices.

- Check PNR status and coach position
- Track freight and parcel deliveries
- Real-time train tracking with live updates
- Raise and track complaints via ‘Rail Madad’
- Order food onboard through partner vendors
- Request refunds for cancelled or missed journeys
- R-Wallet integration for convenient payments
- Multi-lingual support and single sign-on (SSO) system
The RailOne app consolidates various railway services into a single platform, making it easier for passengers to access services. Developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), the app aims to enhance the overall railway experience for users.
